BIOPONS, Inc was incorporated as a Delaware corporation in May 2003, with Terrence R Dolan PhD, one of the founders, as Chief Executive Officer. In July 2004, Trevor M Twose PhD joined the company as Principal Consultant. In October 2004, as planned, Trevor Twose became Chief Executive Officer, and Terry Dolan became Chairman. In December 2004, BIOPONS completed the re-orientated of its mission to become a professional services company serving clients with interests in the biotechnology sector. |
